Hopeful that 2021 will be different! This is our favorite day of the year at envy salon! This would have been our 21st Trick or treat event. Buy yourself your fave candy for a special treat 👻 😘

Dear Community and Visitors of Old Ellicott City:

It is with a heavy heart, that we announce the ECP will not be sponsoring Trick-or-Treat 2020. The CDC and Howard County Executive Ball, have both made announcements discouraging traditional trick-or-treating, and we take both of their guidance seriously. In order to mitigate risk here in OEC, ECP as an organization cannot promote the gathering of a thousand plus people for Trick-or-Treat.

ECP did everything we could in preparation for the event, including filing permits and engaging with our businesses, but even with all of this planning, it would have been irresponsible given the guidelines and recommendations from our local government, and guidance from the federal level.

We hope that you can continue joining us safely and with a mask here in Old Ellicott City. Please stay safe, healthy, and supporting your local small business community.
